- Selection of plants based on climate, soil and need
- Creating functional and visually appealing garden layouts
2. Soil Health & Nutrient Management
- Understanding soil types and their properties
- Soil testing and amendment techniques
- Organic and inorganic fertilizers for optimal plant growth
3. Lawn Establishment & Management
- Grass selection for different environments
- Seeding, sodding, and turf maintenance
- Seasonal lawn care (mowing, aeration)
4. Plant Propagation & Outdoor/Indoor Gardening
- Techniques for seed sowing, cuttings, grafting, and division
- Container gardening and vertical gardening methods
- Care for indoor plants (light, humidity, potting mixes)
5. Micro-Irrigation Techniques
- Water-efficient irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler)
- Installation and maintenance of irrigation setups
6. Greenhouse Technology
- Types of greenhouses and their uses
- Climate control (temperature, humidity, ventilation)
- Year-round cultivation of flowers, vegetables, and ornamental plants
7. Pruning, Training & Garden Maintenance
- Proper pruning techniques for trees, shrubs, and flowering plants
- Shaping plants for aesthetics and health
