IHT is actively involved in the introduction of new technologies for quality crop productio0n in Horticulture especially in protected conditions. IHT has established its own Technology Park in Greater Noida which houses array of Greenhouses from basic to highly advanced ones. The greenhouses are with standing crops for exposition to the progressive growers and present and prospective entrepreneurs. Farmers’ visits are encouraged for the promotional and the extension activities which ultimately is useful in technology awareness and adoption.
IHT also organises Seminars, workshops and symposia which are very common and popular means of interactive fora in modern day business world. Used effectively they can play a vital role in the dissemination of knowledge and build-up of skills. They facilitate intense deliberations through participation and interaction in an organized manner. Our Seminars in past were very well received by the progressive growers and the media.
