• Normally, tissue culture (in-vitro) raised potato plantlet produces 10-12 minitubers
• Minitubers (G0 tubers) generally measure 14-18 mm in size (approx. 1.2 – 1.7 g).
• Cost of in-vitro potato plantlet is @ Rs. 5.95 in one bottle eight platelets are provided in glass bottle.
• Cost of G0 Certified seed potato is @ Rs 20 per minituber

This involves molecular testing, morphological analysis, and pathogen indexing of all the plant material that comes out for supply to various stake holders.
